While visiting family in New York (near Buffalo) I decided to treat my grandparents to a special dinner. Flipping through a recipe book I found one I wanted to make. Buttermilk baked chicken. It turned out so good! I made a mess of flour but that was most of the fun! Added to the chicken, I made some brown rice, green beans and special garlic buttered biscuits. Forgive me but I can't remember the exact name. My grandparents loved their dinner!
