The Meal

Today I got to be a part of a global meal! Here is the description from Art House Co.

"Be part of the first global snack: Fire up the grill or stovetop, assemble your sandwiches, dress your salads, and stir your stews because the moment we've all been waiting for is finally here! Remember to have your cameras ready & on hand to snap a picture of yourself as our whole community of participants sits down together to share a communal, global meal. We can't wait to see what you're eating, and hope that many of you have pledged to help raise awareness about chronic global hunger through supporting our project partner Action Against Hunger."

So today I made "Mini Grilled Cheese Pizza (sandwiches)" which turned out really good. I used mozzarella cheese and would have included some pepperoni slices but my dad ate them. :\

I used a long loaf of French Bread which is why they are mini sandwiches. I originally was going to use Italian bread but couldn't get some due to going to the store late at night. I then grilled them like grilled cheese sandwiches. And in the end, dipped them in pizza sauce.

Almond Waffles

So I am not a big fan of regular fozen waffles that you just sick in the toaster. Sometimes I

like them, sometimes I don't. Well today, I thought that i would have two. Well I randomly get

a thought, how can I make this taste better? So then I grab the almond flavoring and the

butter and powder sugar. I but a couple "slaps" of butter in a bowl and melt it for 25 seconds.

Then I put 1/4 tsp into the butter, mix it up and add a little more butter and microwave it for

15 seconds. Then the waffle is done in the toaster and I use a spoon and drizzle the melted

butter over the waffle. Then I add a few shakes of the powder sugar and boy, that first bite was

AMAZING! I love the flavor of almond so this just made my day! I found out how I can enjoy

these waffles every day!

Nepal...

So a friend did a photo shoot for James and she was able to get a Nepal themed picture for me.

I absolutely love this.

Also, it is cute because it looks like he is looking at the elephant.

I miss Nepal.

The Best Christmas Present..

James Tiberius Kopenski,

Born on November 26, 2011

Was the BEST Christmas Present my family could have asked for.

He is so cute and snuggly. I call him my snuggle bug.

He is currently across the country and I miss him lots :(

But I will get my daily baby fix back on Sunday night.

I love him so much and couldn't have asked for anything better.

Artsy present

So I didn't know what do give my two best friends for Christmas so I found random things at Michaels and put it together to create this..

Maroon sand, mini sea shells and a butterfly in a jar..

Pretty and cool looking.

Merry Christmas!

This is my Christmas Tree, the dark version (haha). There is pink bulbs, cow ornaments, a barbie ornament, an angel ornament, a bunny popping out of a shell ornament, a paper and glitter Christmas tree ornament made years and years ago, and pink star to deck it!!

Yup...

:)

I love my tree.
